I love eating out because it gives me soooo many ideas to take home and experiment with. Sometimes I’m just in awe of how various botanicals have been merged with other ingredients. “Why didn’t I think of that?!” usually goes through my head. Other times I just love the quirkiness and novelty factor.
Dishoom in London is a combination of both of these. Like me, their heritage is Indian but the personality and food of the restaurant is also defined by life and traditions here in the UK.
